  • Stock & Equipment Management / Sales: Monitor and maintain rental rackets, conduct regular stock checks, ensure all equipment meets safety standards, and coordinate any racket or ball sales.
  • Coach Coordination: Ensure coaching sessions are covered and coordinate substitute coaches when needed. We use the Playtomic app for all bookings and class management. You will be required to be proficient in this application, with full training provided by Padel Project UK.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour with clients
  • Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
  • Ability to handle court and site maintenance tasks and ensure safety on-site
  • Previous facility management experience preferred but not required
  • Good understanding and playing ability of padel (evidence to be provided)
  • County-level experience in another racquet sport is also accepted
  • Padel coaching qualification preferred but not required
  • Mandatory First Aid provision (training offered if not certified)

Why Join Us?

  • Enjoy working outdoors in a dynamic and active environment
  • Help shape the future of the fastest-growing sport in the country
