  • Follow all health and safety procedures.

About You

We\'re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with people.
  • Passionate about sport, fitness, or padel.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident using basic computer systems and booking software.
  • Willing to get involved in all aspects of running the club.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in leisure, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
  • Knowledge or experience of padel or racket sports.
  • Food & beverage experience.
  • Barista or bar experience.
  • First Aid qualification (desirable but not essential).

What We Offer

  • Flexible part-time hours.
  • Staff discounts
  • Ongoing training and development.
  • A fun, energetic working environment.
  • Opportunities to progress into supervisory and management roles as the business grows.
