Padel Boutique is a boutique padel club at Ashford Sports Club, Staines. Three courts (two covered, one outdoor), a clubhouse hangout space called The Hub, and a growing community of players at all levels. We're social, welcoming, and built on camaraderie — and we hold ourselves to a high standard.
We're looking for licensed padel coaches to join our freelance coaching roster.
Setup
This is a freelance role. You set your own rates, manage your own clients, and charge them directly. We charge court hire separately. No commission, no fees, you keep 100% of your coaching income.
What We're Looking For
- A recognised padel coaching qualification (LTA Level 2, FIP, or equivalent)
- Experience coaching players of all levels
- A passion for growing the sport and developing players
- Someone who fits a community-focused, quality-driven club environment

- You're running your own coaching business, but you're doing it within our club, and that means representing the Padel Boutique standard.
- Leave courts in the condition you'd want to find them — tidy, swept, and ready for the next session
