  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our media team to shape and evolve our YouTube visual identity and content style.
  • Audience Retention Strategy: Use watch-time data, drop-off points, and audience feedback to inform edits that increase engagement and retention.
  • Consistent Branding: Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all videos, including graphics, motion design, and music.

Skills and Experience We’d Like You to Have:

  • Storytelling Ability: You can build a narrative arc, pace a video correctly, and know when to cut or hold for emotional or comedic effect.
  • Attention to Detail: Every frame, sound cue, and transition is important to you.
  • Analytical Thinking: You know how to interpret YouTube Studio analytics and use them to optimize video edits.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communicator, takes feedback constructively, and enjoys working as part of a tight-knit, fast-moving team.
