As the Shop Manager you set the tone for the shop, creating an entertaining environment that customers love to be in. You lead your team to reach store targets, provide full operational support and direction, and ensure every Paddy Power customer experiences best‑in‑class service. • Ensure the shop adheres to Social Responsibility commitments and all operational procedures, including cash management.
• Lead by example and empower your team to uphold and maintain shop presentation standards.
