YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM? As the Shop Manager you set the tone for the shop, creating an entertaining environment which our customers love to be in, whilst leading your team to reach store targets, as well as provide full operational support and direction to them. You will ensure that the experience for every Paddy Power customer is best in class. Your passion for technology will help you and your team to promote our online and retail products and services.

How you’ll do it? We want people who will stay customer orientated by building strong and positive relationships; crafting an enjoyable environment which punters love and repeatedly come back to. This will include mentoring and guiding your team to be able to deliver excellent customer service both face to face and over the phone.
- Know the business by speaking with the local community and competitors to better understand their customers and gain local market insights
- Set the example by offering strong mentorship and constructive feedback to drive your team toward achieving high standards collaboratively
- Be a clear communicator by actively encouraging your colleagues to share ideas on how things can be done better, quicker and easier
- Play by the rules by making sure the shop adheres to Social Responsibility commitments and all shop operational procedures, including cash management procedures
- Lead by example and empower your team to uphold and maintain shop presentation standards.
