Paddock Geo Engineering Limited (PGE) is a growing, well-established geo-environmental, geotechnical and site investigation consultancy delivering projects across the South of England, the Midlands and Wales. We work with a diverse client base ranging from regional housebuilders to commercial developers and mineral operators—offering our engineers real technical variety and responsibility. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior, Principal, or Associate-level Geo-Environmental / Geotechnical Engineer to join our Milton Keynes office, with genuine scope to shape projects, mentor teams, and progress into a long-term technical or leadership role.
