Paddock Geo Engineering Limited (PGE) is a growing, well-established geo-environmental, geotechnical and site investigation consultancy delivering projects across the South of England, the Midlands and Wales. We work with a diverse client base ranging from regional housebuilders to commercial developers and mineral operators—offering our engineers real technical variety and responsibility.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior, Principal, or Associate-level Geo-Environmental / Geotechnical Engineer to join our Milton Keynes office, with genuine scope to shape projects, mentor teams, and progress into a long-term technical or leadership role.

  • A clear pathway to Technical Lead, Associate Director and beyond
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements
  • Autonomy to lead projects and influence technical direction
  • Exposure to a broad range of geo-environmental and geotechnical work
Leadership & Commercial
  • Provide technical leadership across geo-environmental and geotechnical projects
Technical & Project Delivery
  • Specify and interpret chemical, waste and geotechnical laboratory testing
  • Produce high-quality interpretative geo-environmental and geotechnical reports
  • Manage projects, programmes and budgets
  • Undertake infiltration testing where required
  • Strong background in ground investigation, particularly geo-environmental work
  • Competent in project management and mentoring junior staff

Full UK driving licence
