In this role you will design and deploy AI-enabled systems to support Paddle's GTM team's account-based work.
You will translate business challenges into practical AI solutions, from prototype to production, impacting how sales, marketing and Rev Ops identify opportunities and streamline workflows.
You’ll own end-to-end delivery, including evaluation, observability and cost optimisation, with a focus on real-world, revenue-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered systems for account segmentation, enrichment, scoring, prioritisation and buying-signal detection
- Develop and deploy agentic workflows for account research, outbound personalisation, call summarisation and CRM hygiene
- Write production-quality code and construct integrations, data pipelines and services to move solutions from prototype to daily use
- Optimise for quality, latency and cost via evaluation, prompt design, model selection, routing, caching, context management and token optimisation
- Establish practical patterns for building AI systems at Paddle, including monitoring, guardrails, documentation and clear business impact measures
- Key requirements
- Strong software engineering experience with ability to take a problem from design to production
- Python and SQL experience
- Hands-on experience with large language models, APIs, retrieval systems, agents or related AI tech
- Experience operating AI systems in production, managing hallucination risk, latency, reliability and model cost
- Comfort working with structured and unstructured data, building integrations and synthesising data from multiple sources
- Interest in commercial problems and understanding of ICP, segmentation, pipelines, buyer intent and sales workflows
- Enjoy collaborating with users and navigating ambiguity while balancing speed, quality and maintainability
