United Teaching National SCITT is seeking a highly organised, customer-focused Admissions Administrator to support recruitment and admissions activity for our national teacher training programme.
Our school-based teacher training programme recruits and trains the next generation of teachers across England. As an Admissions Administrator, you will play an important role in creating better futures for young people by ensuring a professional, efficient and welcoming experience for applicants throughout the recruitment and admissions process.
You will be an excellent administrator with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Organised and efficient, you will enjoy managing processes, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with applicants, schools and colleagues. Agile and adaptable, you will thrive in a busy environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of the teacher training recruitment and admissions process.
- Process applications and maintain accurate applicant records.
- Provide high-quality customer service to prospective trainees, schools and stakeholders.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment events and applicant communications.
- Ensure compliance with admissions policies and procedures.
- Produce reports and data to support recruitment activity.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of admissions systems and processes.
