Key Responsibilities

• Learn to manage diaries of on‑site staff and schedule appointments

• Respond to client and supplier enquiries via phone and email

• Assist with quoting, invoicing, and record‑keeping using CRM systems

• Support internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
