About the role

The Senior Account Executive will drive new business, retain and grow existing accounts, and deliver exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑level sales and customer service to clients.
  • Prospect, penetrate, and create new relationships with clients using a robust sales process.
  • Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers through upsell opportunities.
  • Present Pacvue’s tool suite and value proposition to all audience levels, from practitioners to executive leadership.
  • Use sales CRM tools to track account information, sales progress, and forecast goals.
  • Understand and learn about the e‑commerce industry and competitive landscape, including knowledge of competing product offerings.
