About the role:
This is a client-facing role. The Business Solutions Partner spends the majority of their time working directly with clients — helping them unlock value from Pacvue’s platform, identifying the right solutions to their business challenges, and translating field insights into structured product feedback. It is a role for someone who is comfortable in front of customers, curious about technology, and motivated to sit at the intersection of commercial and product thinking.
The BSP brings deep knowledge about all Pacvue platforms and services to support client engagements and drive measurable product improvements. The role is designed to flex across the full client lifecycle as business needs evolve, working in close collaboration with the broader BSP team and cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Technical Solutioning
Client engagement is the primary focus of this role. The BSP is the technical face of Pacvue in client interactions, helping clients and internal teams identify the right parts of the platform and product suite to address real business challenges — including scoping custom approaches for more complex needs.
- Work directly with clients to understand their objectives, identify gaps, and recommend solutions across Pacvue’s platform.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and agency teams to support high-value engagements and post-sales technical guidance.
- Communicate platform capabilities clearly to a range of audiences — from hands-on practitioners to senior decision-makers — in person and virtually. Regular travel to client sites, industry events, and team meetings across EMEA is a key component of this role.
- Support opportunities across the full funnel — from pre-sales discovery through to expansion — contributing technical depth where it is needed most.
- Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities through a strong understanding of client needs and platform capabilities.
- Product Feedback & Roadmap Contribution
The BSP is among the closest team members to the client, and this perspective is central to the role. Structured, actionable product feedback is a core deliverable.
- Collect and structure product feedback from client interactions, working closely with the BSP team to build a consolidated, prioritised view of client needs.
- Translate real client use cases into clear product requirements, collaborating with BSP colleagues and Product teams to make feedback actionable.
- Contribute to regular VOC reporting, covering themes across features, retailer integrations, UX, and data — linked to commercial opportunity where relevant.
- Participate in EMEA alpha/beta programmes, gathering feedback and helping close the loop between clients and product teams.
- Flag expansion opportunities linked to product gaps or unmet client needs, contributing to pipeline and account growth conversations.
- GTM & Enablement Support
Support GTM initiatives and product launches — particularly in non-Amazon Retail Media, programmatic, and DSP — by sharing client perspective and helping validate positioning.
- Contribute to enablement sessions, playbooks, and solution guides for Sales and internal teams, with a focus on Retail Media (non-Amazon), programmatic, and DSP capabilities.
- Help develop practical content — demos, ROI models, talking points — that supports the commercial team in the field.
- Share competitive and market observations to inform product and GTM strategy.
Skills & Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate has a solid grounding in programmatic advertising, is confident and effective in client-facing environments, and has the structured thinking required to manage product feedback loops.
- Hands-on experience with programmatic and DSP platforms; familiarity with Amazon DSP is a plus, and The Trade Desk experience is also valued.
- A solid understanding of retail media and full-funnel advertising.
- Confidence in client-facing situations, with the ability to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and translate client needs into actionable recommendations.
- Structured thinking and clear communication — the ability to connect client feedback to what a product team needs to understand and act on.
- Experience in brand media teams, ad tech, retail media, solutions consulting, agency, or a related commercial or operational environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA as part of the role.
- Open to candidates based in United Kingdom, France or Germany.
