Our platform enables large enterprises to manage and monitor negotiations at scale, effectively saving money, boosting efficiency, and strengthening crucial supplier relationships. We\'re built on a foundation of deep decision-making capabilities and cutting-edge innovation, which has allowed us to raise over $100 million in funding, including a Series C of $54 million in June 2025 led by Insight Partners. Our technology is proven—with notable achievements like a negotiation and signing carried out entirely by AI agents in just 87 seconds.

About you

Pactum is pioneering a new kind of AI-based negotiation software, solving novel, multi-million dollar problems for the world\'s largest enterprises. As a Senior Product Manager, you\'re a strategic, technically fluent product leader who can make sense of complex enterprise tech stacks and translate them into a clear, focused integration strategy.

You work directly with customers to understand how their systems actually operate, where manual gaps slow them down, and where integrations can unlock real business value. You collaborate naturally with engineering in API-first environments and balance immediate needs with a long-term platform vision. You\'re comfortable in ambiguous, 0→1 spaces, make thoughtful build-versus-partner decisions, and care deeply about embedding automation directly into customer workflows. Ultimately, you\'re motivated to build integrations that make our AI agents feel native, autonomous, and indispensable inside enterprise procurement.

Your contributions at this early stage will shape the product for years to come. Join our growing team in Tallinn, Estonia, and make an impact.

Your daily adventures will include

  • Strategy and roadmap. Own the integration platform strategy end to end. Decide what we build, when we build it, and why it matters. Balance technical excellence with solving real procurement problems.
  • Customer immersion. Split your time between two worlds. Work closely with procurement teams—Buy Desk managers, analysts, and operators—to understand real workflows. Then dive into the world of IT teams and solutions architects to uncover implementation realities. You\'re the bridge connecting both sides.
  • Execution. Drive products from discovery through launch. Write clear specs, partner with engineering on architecture, collaborate with GTM, and enable sales with what they need to win.
  • Business case development. Build compelling ROI narratives. Help customers and prospects understand the tangible value—cost savings, risk reduction, time freed up—not just the technical capabilities.
  • Team productivity. Find ways to move faster. Use AI tools, refine processes, and share improvements with the broader product team to raise the bar for everyone.

What you bring

  • Procurement operations knowledge. You understand how procurement actually works—PO approvals, three-way matching, supplier onboarding headaches, catalogue management chaos, invoice reconciliation pain. You\'ve either worked or consulted in these operations, or you\'ve built products deeply embedded in them. You can speak credibly with a Head of Procurement about their world.
  • Enterprise architecture fluency. You\'ve navigated the realities of Fortune 500 tech stacks. You know that enterprise integration is rarely about connecting two clean APIs. You can map complex environments, identify data silos, and understand the friction between legacy ERPs like SAP or Oracle and modern layers. You have a track record of designing solutions that work within fragmented ecosystems and support procurement processes in a way that delivers clear value.
  • Outcome obsession. You measure success by customer impact, not by the number of features shipped. You have a history of owning metrics and moving them. You\'re comfortable saying \"no\" to distractions and prioritizing the work that drives retention and deal value—and you can clearly articulate the \"why\" behind those decisions.
  • Technical knowledge. You can hold your own with senior engineers on API design, data models, webhooks, and system architecture. You\'re not writing code, but you understand the trade-offs and what matters when integrating with procurement, ERP, and surrounding systems.
  • Clear communication. You translate technical concepts for business audiences and business workflows into technical requirements. You make complex things simple.
  • Platform thinking. You build for scale and reuse rather than one-off solutions. You see the system, not just the feature set.
  • You are fluent in English and are comfortable with occasional non-traditional work hours; we are a startup with a global footprint and employees in over eight different countries.

As a bonus, it would be great if you have:

  • Platform PM, Integration PM, or Technical PM experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Direct experience with ProcureTech, FinTech, or ERP ecosystems (SAP, Workday, Coupa, Ariba, Zip, etc.)
  • Experience working in procurement, finance operations, or a Buy Desk.
  • A track record of launching integrations that measurably improve workflow efficiency.

This is the place for you if...

  • You believe the best work happens when passion meets purpose and you\'re driven to push boundaries. Pactum is an environment where you can truly shape an industry by building agents used by top global companies.
  • You want to help define the creative and narrative identity of a category-shaping AI platform trusted by industry leaders.
  • You thrive in a mission-driven, curious, and collaborative environment, actively shaping the future of enterprise negotiation.
  • You are passionate about being part of an elite team that builds real-world agents used by some of the world\'s largest companies.
  • You have relentless hunger and ambition to push boundaries, never settling for the status quo, and always striving to reach the next level.
  • You are motivated by the challenge to innovate continuously and see your work make a tangible, industry-changing impact.
  • You believe in giving AI purpose and are driven to move the industry forward.
