Why Product Management at Pactum?
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our expansion into Direct Procurement solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for our AI-powered negotiation platform, specifically tailored for direct materials procurement and strategic supplier relationships.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Own the product vision and strategy for Pactum's direct procurement negotiation solutions
- Conduct in-depth market research and engage with enterprise procurement leaders to identify key pain points and opportunities in direct materials negotiations
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, market opportunities, and technical feasibility
- Work closely with AI/ML teams to enhance negotiation capabilities for complex direct materials negotiations
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces for procurement professionals and their suppliers
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and ensure successful product adoption
- Define and track key success metrics for our direct procurement solutions
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond
As a Direct Procurement PM, you'll excel if you:
- Can craft and champion the product vision for our AI-powered direct procurement negotiation (and beyond) solutions
- Enjoy diving deep with enterprise procurement leaders to uncover pain points and opportunities in direct materials negotiations
- Excel at developing strategic roadmaps that balance customer needs, market potential, and technical feasibility
- Are eager to collaborate with our AI/ML teams to advance negotiation capabilities for complex direct materials scenarios
- Have a passion for working with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces for both procurement teams and their suppliers
- Build strong partnerships with sales and customer success to gather feedback and drive successful adoption
- Are metrics-driven and can define and track key performance indicators for our solutions
