Our team is growing at a fast pace and we want a SDR Manager to drive solid results to support sales growth. Working as part of a dynamic global demand generation team you’ll be responsible for the top of the pipeline, leading and coaching the team to achieve their goals, while developing new approaches that turn a prospect’s initial interest into sales ready opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and nurture a global SDR team, driving quota achievement.
  • Develop up- and cross-selling techniques.
  • Build a sales development framework that follows our strategic direction.
  • Create deep data analysis on top global companies identified as strategic, utilising information tools and a robust qualification process.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts from your team’s real world interactions.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to reach goals.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and successfully build knowledge and insight into prospects, their strategic direction and needs.
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Inspire and drive the team towards achieving both individual and collective goals.
  • Set clear performance targets, conduct regular reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement change as necessary.
  • Identify development needs and provide coaching and mentoring.
  • Facilitate training sessions and ensure the team has access to resources for growth.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Oversee onboarding to integrate new hires smoothly and quickly into the team.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, recognising and rewarding high performance.
  • Encourage open communication and actively seek feedback to improve team dynamics.
  • Manage team schedules and workloads, ensuring adequate coverage and balancing workloads to prevent burnout.
  • Promote and uphold principles of diversity and inclusion within the team, ensuring equal opportunities for all team members.
  • Ensure SDRs develop and maintain effective territory plans to maximise and leverage phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to territory hours & metrics, and customising scripts to market segments and prospect type.
  • Drive team’s participation in marketing events and leverage them to build pipeline.
  • Effectively analyse and report on trends, areas of opportunity or improvement, and use this data to drive further team activity.
  • Develop a rounded team that goes in- and outbound with a variety of tools.
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices, including utilisation of new technology and web resources.
You are likely to succeed if you…
  • Have 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Hold a passion for the future of technology and understand Pactum’s product.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed and quality control.
  • Are detail oriented and yet, are able to see the big picture and all the moving parts.
  • Have experience working within a B2B SaaS company.
  • An understanding of procurement, SCM or SRM is a plus.
  • Are proficient with various sales tools, such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce, ABM platforms and others.
  • Have expertise with a variety of inbound & outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Have strong analytical skills, with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
  • Have great organizational skills to manage aggressive targets across multiple people at the same time.
  • Know how to motivate and coach a team, including colleagues who might be both new to working (from university) and new to sales.
  • Show a positive and problem-solving attitude while working with different stakeholders.
  • Are willing to travel for events.
  • Are flexible in times of change and adapt accordingly.
