Pact in partnership with HMP Nottingham is seeking a Family Support Worker (Visits Centre Assistant) to welcome families and help make visits positive and less stressful. You will organise activities for children, provide information, and ensure refreshments are available to support families during visits.
You will work in the visitor centre, collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies, and follow safeguarding procedures.
