Pact is seeking a Casual Family Support Worker to assist families visiting prisoners in the Visitor Centre and visits hall.
You will provide support, guidance and practical help to families, and contribute to the play services for children.
Based in the visitor centre, you will facilitate prison visits and family days, coordinate with partner agencies, and help develop Pact’s family work while upholding safeguarding practices and delivering a warm, supportive service to families and staff.
