Pact is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Manager to lead the end-to-end mobilisation of new prime contracts for Community Support for Men. You will drive go-live readiness, governance, and compliance, coordinating multiple internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth transition from award to operational delivery.
The role requires working with MoJ/HMPPS expectations, managing recruitment, risk and budgeting, and travel across England and Wales.
