Location: Bristol or Manchester hybrid (regular travel to partner sites across the UK and Ireland as needed)

Lead change activity within programmes, ensuring that new systems, processes and ways of working are successfully adopted and embedded. This is a delivery-focused consulting role for a flexible and proactive change professional to make a meaningful impact in a university setting.

Own and deliver change activity across programmes, working closely with delivery, data and partner teams to ensure change is structured, aligned and delivers sustainable outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead change delivery
  • Conduct change impact assessments and design interventions
  • Drive readiness activity and manage adoption risks
  • Design and deliver stakeholder engagement approaches
  • Develop communications, training and support materials
  • Track adoption and ensure change can be embedded
  • Maintain governance (RAID, reporting, documentation)
  • Contribute to internal tools, methods and continuous improvement

  • Experience delivering change activity within programmes

  • Organised, analytical and proactive

Desirable

  • Change certification (e.g. PROSCI, APMG)
  • Higher education or transformation programme experience
  • Consultancy or system implementation exposure
