The role includes leading transformation engagements across advisory and delivery, shaping direction, structuring programmes and ensuring alignment between strategy, architecture and execution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead strategic transformation engagements and programmes
- Shape transformation direction, roadmaps and delivery approaches
- Lead advisory and discovery work with senior stakeholders
- Align strategy, operating model, architecture and delivery
- Oversee delivery of transformation workstreams and programmes
- Facilitate senior stakeholder engagement and decision‑making
- Line manage and develop consultants within the capability
- Contribute to capability development, methods and frameworks
- Support account growth, proposals and pre‑sales activity
