The Role:
- Lead data workstreams or projects, ensuring strong delivery, stakeholder engagement and alignment with wider transformation outcomes.
- Shape data solutions including quality frameworks, reporting and integration approaches.
- Manage risks, dependencies and priorities across complex data environments.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and lead workshops.
- Coach and support junior team members, ensuring quality of outputs.
- Drive adoption of data improvements, governance and ways of working.
