Support delivery of systems and integration activity across transformation programmes, helping partners implement, connect and improve systems through structured analysis and coordination.

Support delivery of systems implementation and integration workstreams, contributing to requirements, testing, coordination and successful delivery outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support requirements gathering and documentation (user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria)
  • Assist system implementation, configuration and integration activity
  • Document system interfaces, integrations and data flows
  • Support process mapping and alignment between systems and business needs
  • Assist testing activities (system, integration, UAT) and track defects
  • Support stakeholder engagement, workshops and coordination
  • Maintain delivery documentation, trackers and governance artefacts
  • Contribute to internal tools, templates and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Experience or strong interest in systems, IT, integration or related areas
  • Experience in a systems, IT support, business analysis or project environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand how systems support business processes
  • Experience producing clear documentation
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Higher education or system implementation experience
  • Exposure to integrations, APIs or data flows
  • Experience supporting testing (UAT/system testing)
  • Familiarity with student systems or project environments
