Role Summary: Lead end-to-end consulting delivery while driving new business growth. This role blends delivery leadership, team management, and relationship-led business development to deliver high-quality outcomes and convert credibility into new opportunities.

The Role: Own delivery outcomes and revenue growth by leading engagements, building high-performing teams, and developing trusted partner relationships that generate new work.
- Lead consulting engagements end-to-end (planning, governance, delivery, outcomes)
- Manage delivery quality, commercials, and RAID disciplines
- Build and lead blended teams (internal + subcontractors)
- Develop senior stakeholder relationships across partner organisations
- Originate, shape, and win new work (£25k–£250k opportunities)
- Lead bids, proposals, and solution development
- Contribute to thought leadership, marketing, and sector presence
