The Role: Own and deliver change activity across programmes, working closely with delivery, data and partner teams to ensure change is structured, aligned and delivers sustainable outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead change delivery
- Conduct change impact assessments and design interventions
- Drive readiness activity and manage adoption risks
- Design and deliver stakeholder engagement approaches
- Develop communications, training and support materials
- Track adoption and ensure change can be embedded
- Maintain governance (RAID, reporting, documentation)
- Contribute to internal tools, methods and continuous improvement

- Desirable: Change certification (e.g. PROSCI, APMG)
- Higher education or transformation programme experience
- Consultancy or system implementation exposure
