The Role
Support delivery of systems implementation and integration workstreams, contributing to requirements, testing, coordination and successful delivery outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support requirements gathering and documentation (user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria)
- Assist system implementation, configuration and integration activity
- Document system interfaces, integrations and data flows
- Support process mapping and alignment between systems and business needs
- Assist testing activities (system, integration, UAT) and track defects
- Support stakeholder engagement, workshops and coordination
- Maintain delivery documentation, trackers and governance artefacts
- Contribute to internal tools, templates and continuous improvement

- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
