Own and deliver change activity across programmes, working closely with delivery, data, and partner teams to ensure change is structured, aligned, and delivers sustainable outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead change delivery
- Conduct change impact assessments and design interventions
- Drive readiness activity and manage adoption risks
- Design and deliver stakeholder engagement approaches
- Develop communications, training, and support materials
- Track adoption and ensure change can be embedded
- Maintain governance (RAID, reporting, documentation)
- Contribute to internal tools, methods and continuous improvement
