The Role
Support delivery of transformation programmes by structuring workstreams, maintaining alignment between strategy and execution, and contributing to architecture and delivery outputs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Translate strategy and architecture into plans, workstreams and deliverables
- Support development of roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities
- Contribute to capability models, process and architecture artefacts
- Maintain delivery artefacts (plans, RAID, documentation)
- Support coordination across teams and stakeholders
- Assist workshops and stakeholder engagement activity
- Ensure alignment between design outputs and delivery execution
- Contribute to internal tools, methods and continuous improvement
