Pact Coffee is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to maintain and advance the standards, systems and processes across our Roastery. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work across Coffee Roasting, Procurement & Inventory, and Production to ensure our operations run safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standards.
You will drive operational excellence, lead compliance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our Roastery, focusing on Health & Safety.
