The Role
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager in Business Industry to help us build and strengthen relationships with Pact’s most valued clients. You’ll work with leading organisations across professional services, finance, technology, property, and media - ensuring every one of them enjoys an exceptional coffee experience that reflects their brand and ours. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of major accounts, delivering outstanding service, developing tailored solutions, and driving commercial growth across the sector. You’ll also play a key role in winning new business throughout London and the South East, combining marketing-generated opportunities with your own targeted outreach in well-defined segments. You’ll work closely with the wider B2B, Operations, and Marketing teams to make sure every client receives the attention and support they need - and that every interaction reflects Pact’s mission to make incredible coffee from the world’s best growers effortless to enjoy in workplaces across the UK.
Requirements
- Serving as the main point of contact for key business and industry clients - building strong, trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service and support every time.
- Developing and delivering account plans that drive growth, spotting smart opportunities to add value through cross-sell and up-sell activity.
- Negotiating pricing and contracts that balance commercial goals with Pact’s commitment to fairness and transparency.
- Working closely with Marketing and other departments to identify and pursue new opportunities within defined sectors - combining inbound leads with your own targeted outreach.
- Securing new accounts and growing existing ones, delivering against clear and ambitious growth goals.
- Collaborating with Operations and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, delivery, and ongoing account management.
- Monitoring account performance - tracking sales, KPIs, and client satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
- Introducing new products, services, or initiatives that enhance clients’ workplace coffee experience and strengthen their connection to Pact.
- Representing Pact at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows - showcasing our expertise and building meaningful, long-term relationships.
- Ensuring every client interaction reflects Pact’s mission, values, and commitment to sustainability - helping businesses serve better coffee that makes a positive impact from grower to cup.

- £35-40,000 base salary plus on target earnings (OTE) of £20,000, with uncapped accelerated earnings for overachievement
- 23 days holiday (increasing annually up to 27 days) plus 3 days extra between Christmas and New Year
