Pact Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Compliance Manager to lead health and safety, food safety and compliance across the Roastery and related functions. You will embed robust SOPs, drive audits, and ensure continuous improvement with a hands-on pragmatic approach.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll develop and maintain HACCP, GMP and BRCGS systems, manage risk assessments and training, and work with production, procurement, and QA to deliver safe, compliant operations.
