Pact Coffee is seeking a hands-on Head of Finance to lead the day-to-day finance function and support growth. You’ll report to the CFO and work with a Management Accountant to strengthen financial control and deliver commercial insight across the business.
You will drive profitability, inventory control and cash forecasting, partnering with multiple teams to enable scalable growth and improved decision making.
