Pact Coffee is seeking a hands‑on, commercially minded Head of Finance to lead the day‑to‑day finance function and support growth. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll strengthen financial control, improve management information and provide commercial insight across the business.
Based in London with hybrid working, you will own the month‑end close, profitability reporting and stock controls while mentoring the Management Accountant and partnering with D2C, B2B, Grocery, Coffee and Operations teams.
