Pact Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Compliance Manager to oversee health & safety, food safety and GMP across our Roastery.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead compliance initiatives, embed robust standards and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with Production, Procurement and Customer Experience.
You should bring hands-on leadership in FMCG compliance, IOSH or NEBOSH, and experience implementing HACCP and BRCGS.
