Pact Coffee is seeking a hands-on Head of Finance to lead daily finance operations and guide the company through its next growth phase.

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll strengthen financial controls, deliver actionable management information, and drive commercial insight across D2C, B2B, Grocery and Operations.

You’ll build robust profitability reporting, improve stock controls and cash visibility, and mentor the management accountant while partnering with leaders to shape financial strategy.
