## Part-Time Medical Records DirectorApply: Kettering Heights Post Acute: Part time: Posted Today: JR183431### ** What You’ll Do*** Maintain and organize resident medical records in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.* Ensure records are complete, accurate, current, and readily available when needed.* Coordinate medical record requests and documentation.* Assist clinical and administrative staff with record-related questions.* Monitor records for missing information, signatures, orders, and documentation.* Maintain confidentiality and protect residents’ personal health information.* Assist with audits and surveys by ensuring medical records are organized and compliant.* Coordinate record retention, filing, scanning, and secure storage.* Work with our interdisciplinary team to keep documentation flowing smoothly.* Help keep us ready for surveyors—because surprises are great for birthdays, not surveys! ### ** What We’re Looking For*** Previous medical records, healthcare, nursing home, or long-term care experience preferred.* Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.* Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.* Understanding of HIPAA and resident confidentiality.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.* Dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with staff and providers.* A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help the team.### ** Position****Part-Time | Nursing Home/Long-Term Care | Medical Records**This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys healthcare but also loves the **organized, behind-the-scenes side of patient care**.### ** Why Join Our Team?**Because what you do matters!
