What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting nursing staff with clarity, empathy, and high standards
- Overseeing infection prevention and control programs (policies, audits, surveillance)
- Educating staff on best practices (hand hygiene is your love language)
- Monitoring compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed RN or LPN (required)
- Experience in nursing leadership and infection prevention (LTC experience a big plus)
- Strong knowledge of CDC, CMS, and state regulations
