North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust (NWAFT) is seeking a HHRP Enabling Works Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme (HHRP), a key part of the New Hospital Programme (NHP).

What We're Looking For:
- Strong construction and infrastructure expertise, ideally within healthcare or complex public sector environments.
- Proven experience in leading enabling works - including demolition, groundworks, utilities, and site preparation.
- Ability to manage large-scale projects, overseeing procurement, governance, and commercial elements.
- Stakeholder engagement and leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration between contractors, NHS teams, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead the design, procurement, and delivery of all enabling works for the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme.
- Ensure all contracts, budgets, and risk management plans align with NHS and government frameworks.
- Develop and implement governance structures, providing assurance to NHS England, the New Hospital Programme (NHP), and HM Treasury.
- Manage programme teams and external contractors, ensuring successful delivery of pre-construction infrastructure projects.
