This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in London for a Packshot Photography & Retouching Assistant. The role involves supporting the team with precise product photography, managing studio lighting setups, and executing photo retouching and image editing tasks. Main Responsibilities
  • Preparing and organising image files prior to post‑production
  • Writing retouching guidelines and preparing reference materials for editing teams
  • Performing post‑edit image QA, consistency checks and final adjustments
  • Exporting, organising and uploading final image deliveries
  • Assisting with packshot product photography shoots, lighting setup and studio workflow
  • Supporting ongoing development of technical production and post‑production processes
Skills and Experience Required
  • Strong foundation in packshot photography, studio lighting and post‑production workflows
  • Good understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Capture One
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency across product and e‑commerce imagery
  • Ability to identify retouching inconsistencies and perform technical image QA
  • Organised and methodical approach to file preparation, exporting and final delivery workflows
  • Ability to prepare clear retouching notes and editing guidelines for external editing teams
