Your Mission
You are given a problem.

In this role, you will support the delivery of digital initiatives across the organisation.
You will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating needs into structured actions and ensuring projects move forward.
A ticket is never just a task.
It is a starting point.
Whether fixing something or building something better, you bring clarity and structure, keeping things moving until a solution is in place.
In this role you will work closely with the Head of Digital, collaborating across departments and countries to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, systems, and user experience.
What you will do
- Drive the delivery of digital projects across systems, platforms, and partners
- Analyse business and technical needs and translate them into practical solutions
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and actions across internal stakeholders
- Maintain live and accurate project plans across all active initiatives
- Own the ticketing platform alongside IT, including logging, triage, and prioritisation of requests
- Identify and escalate blockers early, with clear and actionable solutions
- Collaborate across IT, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations
- Produce and maintain clear project documentation, including meeting notes and roadmap updates
- Support initiatives such as ERP rollouts, infrastructure improvements, website projects, and marketing events as needed
- What you will bring to the role
- Good grounding in project management methodology, including planning, scheduling, dependencies, and risk management
- Ability to coordinate across functions, countries, cultures, and seniority levels
- Structured approach to intake, triage, and prioritisation
- Clear and purposeful written and verbal communication, adapted to different audiences
- Comfortable working across ERP, CRM, websites, and project management platforms
- Understanding of change management and user adoption
- Curious mindset with a habit of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
