- Zabezpečenie kompletnej správy vozidiel a všetkých služieb týkajúcich sa starostlivosti o vozidlá a ich prevádzky.
- Príprava zmluvnej dokumentácie k vozidlám a komunikácia s dodávateľom.
- Zabezpečenie pravidelných servisných prehliadok, opráv a preventívnej údržby vozidiel.
- Riešenie škodových a poistných udalostí.
- Evidencia a pravidelné reportovanie najazdených kilometrov, vedenie agendy palivových kariet.
- Overovanie a analyzovanie nákupných cien.
- Príprava prehľadov a podkladov týkajúcich sa nákupov.
- Pravidelné aktualizovanie a spravovanie databázy dodávateľov.
- Riešenie objednávok, ich reklamácií, kontrola dohodnutých podmienok a termínov.
- Spolupráca s ďalšími členmi tímu pri výbere najvhodnejších dodávateľov.
