Job Description: PPS Pumps is seeking an experienced Submersible Pump Engineer to join our dynamic team in London. As a Submersible Pump Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of basement pumps across the city. From installation to maintenance and repair, you\’ll be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting installations, maintenance, and repairs of submersible pumps in domestic basements and light commercial properties.
• Diagnosing pump issues and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers on pump operation and maintenance.
• Collaborating with the wider team to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our service offerings.
• Upholding the values and vision of PPS Pumps in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Submersible Pump Engineer, with a strong track record of successful installations and repairs.
• In-depth knowledge of submersible pump systems and associated equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver\’s license and willingness to travel within London as required.
