What you’ll be doing as Chef de Partie?
Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment.
- Attention to detail and ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec
- Experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts
- Support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating
- Previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment
- You may also be a commis who is looking to progress
Your Pub:
The Pack Horse is known for its quality food, drink and customer service, with a 70-seat indoor restaurant and additional outdoor seating offering views of the area. Walkers, dogs and families are welcome.
