This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Glasgow's West End. The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
Qualifications- Proven experience in property management, lettings, or a related real estate role, ideally within a high-volume residential portfolio.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
