The Role We\’re hiring a field-based engineer to carry out repairs on domestic appliances across Redhill and surrounding areas . You\’ll attend pre-planned appointments with parts delivered to a Bybox pick up point close to your home, backed by support from our technical and service teams. Key Responsibilities: Competent in fault diagnosis and repair of at least 4 of the following appliances; washing machines, dishwashers, refrigeration, tumble dryers and electric cookers Manage your day via Pacifica\’s user-friendly engineer software Deliver a first-class customer experience Collaborate with our regional support team and service desk What We\’re Looking For Minimum 2 years\’ experience in white goods/appliance repairs in a field based capacity Up to date working knowledge in fault diagnosis and repair of at least 4 major appliance types Field-based repair experience essential A professional attitude and passion for solving problems Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: £27,000 – £36,000 (dependent on skillset & experience) OTE: Up to £50,000 per year Bonus Scheme: Uncapped, to increase your earnings Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day (typically 9am-5pm) Pre-planned routes, drive time is included Sign-on Bonus Available Package Includes Fully equipped Company Van (with optional private use) Fuel card, tools, uniform, PPE, and tablet device Daily parts delivery to local collection points Up to 33 days\’ holiday (including bank holidays) Pension Scheme + Death in Service Benefit (3x salary) Free Multi Appliance Protection cover for your own home domestic appliances Monthly employee rewards – cash prize draw, and more Ongoing manufacturer training with brands like Electrolux, LG, AEG, Zanussi, Hisense City & Guilds Assured Training- to upskill your existing skillset About Pacifica Pacifica is one of the UK\’s largest domestic appliance repair providers.
