About The Role
Pacifica has an exciting opportunity for one motivated individual to become a Trainee Self Employed White Goods Engineer. If you have a mechanical or electrical mindset and transferable skills, this could be your chance to start a rewarding new career. No experience in white goods? No problem! You will receive full City & Guilds Assured training at our academy in the North East of England, plus mentoring and all the tools you need to succeed.
What You Will Do
- Repair washing machines, dishwashers, fridge freezers, tumble dryers, ovens, and microwaves in customers' homes.
- Troubleshoot faults and solve problems using practical skills.
- Work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Track your work via tablet and job management software.
- Develop your skills with ongoing mentoring and technical training.
