About The Role

Pacifica has an exciting opportunity for one motivated individual to become a Trainee Self Employed White Goods Engineer. You will receive full City & Guilds Assured training at our academy in the North East of England, plus mentoring and all the tools you need to succeed.

What You Will Do

  • Repair washing machines, dishwashers, fridge freezers, tumble dryers, ovens, and microwaves in customers' homes.
  • Troubleshoot faults and solve problems using practical skills.
  • Work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Track your work via tablet and job management software.
  • Develop your skills with ongoing mentoring and technical training.
