Capital Repairs are a well-established Domestic Appliance Repair and Sale centre based in Harrow and covering the South East of England. Our knowledgeable staff provide expertise on a wide range of makes and models of Domestic Appliances with the aim of putting our customers first every time and providing help and support, whether that be buying a new product or repair and servicing of existing appliances within our customers homes with the minimal amount of disruption.
Capital Repairs have an excellent opportunity for an Trainee Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our ever-growing team within a well-established local company.
We’ll help you learn – We’re ideally looking for people with previous electrical/mechanical experience. We’ll build on your skill set by providing you with our industry-leading City and Guilds Assured training, enabling you to earn while you learn with your Domestic Appliance Field Service Engineer mentor – you’ll be a fully-fledged Domestic Appliance Field Service Engineer in no time!
Your Mentor – No Trainee should be without a mentor to guide them through the new challenges and unfamiliar territory that lie ahead – your mentor will support you along your new career path.
Purpose Built Training Facilities – You’ll receive second to none training at our purpose-built training facility in the North East of England, where our Domestic Appliance Field Service Repair Experts will teach you the unique set of skills you’ll need to embark on your new adventure. We will give you extensive training across the main appliance types including washers, tumble dryers, refrigeration, dishwashers and electric cookers.
Tools, equipment, Tablet, Van and uniform provided – You’ll be supplied with your own uniform, tablet, tools of the trade and your very own electric van and fuel card – everything you need to kickstart your new career.
Candidates will be ideally located in one of the following postcode areas: SE, SW or CR.

Competitive salary of £31,000 – £31,500 per annum depending on experience (inclusive of £7,000 per annum London weighting for candidates residing within the inner M25 area) for a 40 hour week.
