The role is permanent and full-time, requiring 40 hours of work per week (Monday to Friday). A company van, tools, and training are provided, with private use of the van optional. What You Will Do
- Learn to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers.
- Visit customers’ homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently.
- Use your mechanical or electrical mindset to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site.
- Record and manage job details using our in-house engineer software.
- Follow guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
- Continuously develop your technical skills through structured training and on-the-job experience.

- Salary: £26,500 to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) – reviewed once you are signed off training.
