What You Will Do

  • Learning to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigeration, dishwashers, and electric cookers.
  • Visiting customers' homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently.
  • Using your mechanical or electrical mindset to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site.
  • Recording and managing job details using our in-house engineer software.
  • Following guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence.
  • Providing excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
  • Continuously developing your technical skills through structured training and on-the-job experience.
