What You Will Do

  • Learn to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers
  • Visit customers' homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently
  • Use your mechanical or electrical mindset to troubleshoot and solve problems on‑site
  • Record and manage job details using our in‑house engineer software
  • Follow guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence
  • Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally
  • Continuously develop your technical skills through structured training and on‑the‑job experience
